Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, handed over a cheque of Rs 50 lakhs to Sushri Preeti Verma, daughter of Corona warrior self who sacrificed her life in the war against Corona Smt. Hemlata Verma. This amount has been provided under the Mukhya Mantri Covid-19 Yoddha Kalyan Yojana. Shri Chouhan instructed to send a proposal to the District Programme Officer of Woman and Child Development Department in connection with granting a government job to Sushri Preeti Verma. It may be noted that Smt. Hemlata Verma who was engaged in the survey work of Covid-19 was infected with Corona while on duty. She died on June 28 while undergoing treatment at the Super Specialty Hospital in Gwalior.
