In 1906 the Maharajah Jiwajirao Scindia of Gwalior ordered an from Bassett-Lowke of Northampton. It was made of silver and ran along the palace’s banqueting hall table to deliver cigars, port & #liqueurs to guests. It still works, occasionally, to this day.
