Mismanagement was seen at Gwalior Railway Station last night. Passengers reported that there was no one to manage the #crowd, only one person was checking the ticket for whole train and GRP threaten them if they clicked any picture. Indian #Railways Seva has ordered DRM Jhansi to take action.
