The service of Light Narrowage Railway in Gwalior city started on 29 November 1905 by Scindia royalty and it was operational till 1972. #Train used to run between Kampoo Kothi and Morar inside the city. It had two uses- to cater the industrial and military requirements apart from passengers.
Stations were –

1. Gole ka Mandir
2. Morar Cantonment
3. Birla Nagar
4. Hazira
5. Ghosipura
6. Jiwaji Ganj
7. Motijheel
8. Susera Kothi inside Gwalior city
9. #Elgin Club at Chhatri, Katorataal Road
10. #Kampoo Kothi, which is today #Amkho bus stand
