Gwalior Transport Commissioner V. Madhu Kumar caught taking bribe on CCTV. One by one policemen handed him #envelope with money and he was seen keeping them in his briefcase. He was taking his cut of bribe from police officers. Government has taken action and he has been transferred to Police headquarters.
