Thousand litres of water wasted after water storage tank constructed with crores of rupees got cracked at Ward 4, Indira Nagar, Gwalior. A resident quoted, “If the officers will get development done at 45% low work rate for corruption, then there will be such low #quality, without laying a pipe line, water will be supplied.”
