Rajmata of Gwalior Vijaya Raje Scindia (1919 – 2001) was member of Parliament from 1957 to 1999. She was jailed for opposing emergency. Rajmata played a crucial role in Ayodhya Shri Ram Mandir movement & was considered a Hindu hardliner by the then media. #India remembers!
