The Digital Museum and Planetarium, an ambitious project of the Gwalior Smart City at Scout and Guide Bhawan, Gorkhi, is taking its shape. In the Digital Museum, how can the history and art-culture of Gwalior be properly connected to other genres in a better way, and how can local artists, knowledgeable people of these genres can help in this project, about this a meeting was organized at the Control Command Center under the chairmanship of Gwalior Smart City CEO Jayati Singh. In which the experts of music, art, and other subjects of Gwalior attended meeting with the officials and employees related to this project. Experts present shared important points related to art and culture in the meeting.

— “Friends of Museum” Samiti to setup in which experts related to music, painting, crafts, traditional dress etc. will be connected
— In this museum, the architectural styles, objects, costumes, lifestyle, musical instruments, jewelery, handicrafts, cultural tradition, painting and many genres of paintings will be digitally displayed in a modern way
— Tourists will be able to see the history, instruments, jewelery, handicrafts and other things of Gwalior adorned in 16 galleries using state-of-the-art IT equipment
— Virtual reality will also be included in this museum, through which tourists can feel the reality of a place of history
— It will be the first center of its kind in Gwalior and Bundelkhand divisions and will also play a role in educating school students. The cost of the Digital Museum and Planetarium project is about Rs. 7 crores and it is being built in 3500 sq. Ft. area
