Criminal Ashwini Dubey arrested by Gwalior Police cyber cell who was doing fraud by changing #ATM cards. He changed the ATM card of a senior citizen and withdraw Rs. 1.20 lakh. Police caught Ashwini with several ATM cards and cheques. Whenever criminal was under the need of #money, he use to visit ATM booth, check people ATM pin and then exchange their ATM cards. He also use to give money to people on interest.
