Pankaj Bhargava of Gwalior has reported the corruption of ROC Gwalior to Ministry of Corporate Affairs that they are wasting government resources. He wrote that these officers including the ROC are busy in encouraging unnecessary #litigation which is avoidable provided they start applying their mind to the subject before them rather than acting prejudicially.
