Many families of those who died of corona have failed to collect the remains from crematoriums.

Sanstha Purushartha Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam Seva Sansthan collected the remains of 250 such bodies from various crematoriums in Indore and immersed them in Narmada to help the departed on their Moksha Yatra.

The remains were taken to Khedighat where they were flown into the Narmada river after worshipping according to scriptural rituals.

Earlier, Sagar Municipal Corporation had taken this pious initiative and had given a respectful final journey by immersing mortal remains 20 persons. Later, Gwalior Municipal Corporation and district administration of Narsinghpur district followed the same.
