Municipal Commissioner Shivam Verma took information on various points in the time review meeting on Monday and gave necessary directions to the concerned officers. In the meeting held in the auditorium located at the corporation headquarters, Municipal Commissioner Mr. Verma inquired about the old letters of TL, in which most of the points had been resolved but the resolution was not recorded in writing, regarding which the Municipal Commissioner Mr. Verma gave instructions to all the concerned officers. After resolving the letter, the officer should make sure to get the solution recorded in writing.
While reviewing the cases of CM Helpline, expressed displeasure over the unattended complaints and instructed that no complaint should remain unattended. For not attending the complaint of CM Helpline, the Circle Officer Rajiv Singhal was directed to issue show cause notice and impose a fine of Rs.100.
In the meeting, Municipal Commissioner Mr. Verma took information from all the area officers about the places identified in each area for plantation and directed to get the pits done for plantation at all the identified places. Along with this, all the officers were instructed to ensure the cleanliness of the wells and babris in their respective wards within 7 days and make necessary arrangements for unloading the rain water around that area in that well or babri.
On the other hand, while reviewing the list of dilapidated buildings, Municipal Commissioner Shri Verma directed the officers concerned to visit the dilapidated buildings in their respective areas and get information, if any dilapidated building is found without a list, then strict action will be taken against the concerned. Along with this, ward wise information was taken from the officers regarding drain cleaning, in which how many drains were to be cleaned, how many were done and how many are yet to be done and instructions were also given that all the drains should be cleaned before the rain and all the AHOs themselves check their mouths. While reviewing the complaints related to street lights, Municipal Commissioner Mr. Verma directed all the officers to visit the area even at night and get the street lights repaired immediately wherever they are defective. There should not be any darkness anywhere in the night. Also, took information about the vaccination of the employees of the corporation and instructed that the officers should ensure that the employees of all the departments of the corporation should be vaccinated.
Start control room for cleanliness related complaints
While reviewing the cleanliness in the wards, Municipal Commissioner Mr. Verma directed all the concerned officers to ensure regular cleaning in all the areas, no garbage anywhere and garbage collection vehicles should reach the ward on time. Take care of this officer. Along with this, the Deputy Commissioner of Health was instructed to start another control room for immediate redressal of cleanliness related complaints and regular monitoring should be done.
