“Glow Gwalior” campaign is being run by the Municipal Corporation Gwalior to make the main roads of the city clean, beautiful and orderly. Under which, on Tuesday, on Tuesday, various departments of the Municipal Corporation made a joint team and launched a campaign “Glow Gwalior” and made the entire route smooth and beautiful by taking necessary action on both sides of the said road.

On the instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Shivam Verma, under the “Glow Gwalior” campaign being run with joint teams of various departments with the aim of making various roads of Gwalior city easy and orderly in one effort, today from New Collectorate Tirahe to Alkapuri. Via Tiraha till Govindpuri intersection, the cleaning of the road, pruning and washing of trees on both sides of the road along with the washing of dividers was done by the employees of the corporation. On the way, public and accessible toilets and urinals were cleaned and washed. Along with this, street lights etc. were checked by the employees of the Electricity Department. Along with this, the cutouts and banners on the entire road were removed by the Madakhlat staff and the stray animals were caught and sent to the Gaushala. Along with this, chambers etc. were seen on the road, if any sewer or water chambers are found higher or below the level of the road, they are also being rectified immediately.

Municipal Commissioner Verma inspected the entire route during the “Glow Gwalior” campaign and urged the operators of shops, showrooms or other establishments located on the way not to litter the road and keep cleanliness around them. Along with this, the Municipal Commissioner informed that this campaign will continue continuously and this campaign will be run on various roads of the city.

During the campaign, officers and employees of other departments including Wine Department, Health Department, Park Department and Electricity Department were present.
