Under the Ankur program, tree plantation will be done on a large scale in every village of the district. In this regard, the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat Kishore Kanyal took a meeting of the concerned officers and gave necessary directions. He said that as a campaign in all the gram panchayats, pits should be prepared before the rains, so that plantation can be done when it rains. It may be known that on the initiative of the state government, Ankur program is being run to promote plantation.

In a meeting held at the Zilla Panchayat office here on Wednesday, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Kanyal said that under the Ankur program, especially oxygen-giving plants like Banyan, Peepal and Neem, etc., should be given priority. After plantation, adequate arrangements should be made for the protection and protection of all the plants.
