Four temporary call centers have been set up in Gwalior city by Madhya Kshetra Vidyut Vitran Company on the instructions of Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar. The company has said that in case of complaint related to electrical problem, respectable consumers can register their complaint on the company’s central call center 1912 and 0755-2551222 as before. The company has said that during the period of maximum load on each zone, a junior engineer level officer will be available to the public through phone call/whatsapp for electrical problems by staying present on the zone. In case the complaint is not resolved, their mobile phone numbers have also been issued to contact the officials so that the electricity problem can be resolved quickly.
Energy Minister Pradyuman Singh Tomar has directed the field officers to review the power supply to ensure uninterrupted power supply to all categories of consumers. He has warned the officials that any lapse in power supply will not be tolerated.
