To completely eliminate the infection of Covid-19, a campaign of vaccination is being started across the country from June 21. All people above the age of 18 years will be vaccinated under the campaign. Under the campaign, all preparations have been made for maximum vaccination in Gwalior district also. Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh has asked the vaccination teams to make their highest contribution in this sacred work of vaccination.
Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh said this in the training camp of vaccination team organized at Atal Bihari Vajpayee Convention Center of Jiwaji University on Saturday. On this occasion, CEO, District Panchayat Mr. Kishore Kanyal, Chief Medical and Health Officer Dr. Manish Sharma, officers associated with the health department and members of the vaccination team were present.
Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh said in the training that the vaccination campaign is the most important campaign of the present time. This campaign is a campaign related to people’s lives. We all have to give our best contribution to make this great campaign a success. All the members posted in the teams for the vaccination work should discharge their responsibilities with full devotion. He has said that the leave of all officers and employees has been banned on June 21. No officer-employee will be on leave without the permission of the Collector.
Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh told during the training that all the vaccination teams would gather at the Atal Bijari Vajpayee Convention Center on June 20 at 4 pm in Jiwaji University. From here they will reach their respective vaccination centers through buses. All the vaccination teams under the leadership of Sector Officer will register their attendance at their respective centers on the evening of June 20. The teams of urban areas will also reach their designated centers on June 20 to ensure the arrangements for vaccination and will be able to go to their residences at night. On June 21, all the party members of the urban area will have to be present at their center at 6.30 am.
Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh has also clarified that if any member of the vaccination team is absent without competent approval, an FIR will be lodged against him in the police. Strict action will be taken against such negligent employees. Arrangements have been made for the women engaged in vaccination teams to stay at Anganwadi worker’s residence or other safe place as well as arrangements for tea, water and food have been made for all the members of the team. The vaccination work will start from 7 am on 21st June.
Collector Kaushalendra Vikram Singh also clarified that sector officers have also been appointed for monitoring the vaccination work. Each sector officer will visit their respective designated centers and get the vaccination system run smoothly. Vaccination teams will also be kept in reserve. If needed, the reserve team can also be sent to the vaccination center immediately. He also made it clear that this campaign of vaccination will be conducted on the lines of election.
Collector Singh also said that sector officers will have to submit their report every two hours for continuous monitoring of vaccination work. Reporting of vaccination will be done every two hours from the Control Command Center.
Best performers will be rewarded
Collector Mr. Kaushalendra Vikram Singh also said during the training that the teams who vaccinated the most in the campaign of vaccination would also be honored by providing cash. The 10 highest vaccination teams of the district will get prizes. The first team to vaccinate the most will be given a cash prize of Rs 25,000 from the district administration. Along with this, cash amount will also be provided to other 9 parties.
The publicity vehicle of the vaccination campaign showed the green signal
