Online Compassionate Appointment Management System will become an important tool for quick, transparent and timely redressal of dependents in cases related to compassionate appointment of School Education Department. This was stated by the Minister of State for School Education (Independent Charge) and General Administration Inder Singh Parmar during the virtual launch of Online Compassionate Appointment Management System of School Education Department in Mantralaya. Parmar said that the list of all cases of compassionate appointment, reasons for cancellation or pending, current status and appointment orders will be readily available to the applicant on the education portal. With the successful implementation of the system, quick disposal of cases within the stipulated time frame will ensure the benefit to the dependents of the deceased employee.

Parmar said that We do not want any such untoward incident to happen to anyone in the family of our education department, that he does not live among us. But if such a situation arises, then this system has been started to free the dependents from unnecessary trouble and to get compassionate appointment on time. Parmar praised the officials of the School Education Department for creating the Online Compassionate Appointment Management System and appealed to all the teachers that if such untoward incident happens in the family of your acquaintance, then try to benefit the dependents under this system.

Principal Secretary Rashmi Arun Shami said that through this online system, One will also be able to apply under the Mukhya Mantricovid-19 Anukampa Niyukti Yojna and the Mukhya Mantri VisheshAnugrah Yojna. Application will be made on the portal with the unique ID password of the late government servant. If an applicant is not able to apply online, then the application can be filed on the portal from the concerned District Education Officer office.

Commissioner Public Instruction Jayshree Kiyawat informed that more than 3 lakh officers and employees are working in the School Education Department. In case of untimely death of a government servant, there is a provision to give compassionate appointment to the dependents as per the rules of the government. On the untimely death of a government servant, the application for compassionate appointment is submitted by their dependents, which is resolved by the respective offices at various levels according to the rules of the government and according to the eligibility of the applicant. Now the entire process in this regard will be done on the online compassionate appointment management system in the education portal of the School Education Department.

On this occasion, Additional Project Director of Rashtriya Madhyamika Shiksha Abhiyan Kailash Wankhede, Director K.K. Dwivedi, Additional Director Kamna Acharya and Dhirendra Chaturvedi, Deputy Director Rajendra Dekate and concerned departmental officers were present.
