Gwalior. Energy Minister Pradhuman Singh Tomar reached Gwalior from Bhopal at around 4 am on Thursday. During this, he came to know that due to short circuit in Harihar Colony, Ward No. 5, there is no electricity in about 50 houses. After the information, Minister Tomar directly reached Harihar Colony and discussed with the people. After discussing with the people here, he reached the power house and lay down on the cot. As soon as the matter came to light, senior officials of the power company also reached the spot. When the officers tried to lift the minister, he said that he would not rise from the cot until the power supply is restored in the area.

On Wednesday night, due to a fault in the cable, the power of Harihar Colony went out. People informed about this in the power house but no hearing was held. After this, the residents of the colony gave this information to the Energy Minister. Then the minister had already reached Gwalior from Bhopal. As soon as the information was received, Tomar went straight to Harihar Colony. After discussing with the people here, he reached the power house and instructed the employees to change the faulty cable immediately. After this, Minister Tomar lay down there by laying a cot. When the officials of the department got information about this, they reached the spot. Minister Tomar said that he would not rise from the cot until power supply is restored in the area.
