In this, he has told that there are eight districts in the area of ​​Jiwaji University. With Jiwaji University becoming a central university, not only will these eight districts be benefited, but it will also give an opportunity to the students of the entire state to get quality higher education as per the new education policy. With this, economic, social, industrial development will be strengthened in Gwalior-Chambal region and girls will be able to get more employment opportunities.

In which he has told that the establishment of medical college in Jiwaji University will benefit the patients of Gwalior, Sheapur, Morena, Bhind districts as well as the border districts of Etawah, Keta, Dhailpur etc. 82 bighas of land was earmarked by the state government for medical college. Scindia has urged that the premium of this land and the land gate should be waived.
